Strikers and Divers have finished bottom of the table more than any other teams but both teams pull off some pulsating Cricket matches.

Divers lost their first game mainly due to being very sloppy in the field, spilling three early chances that cost them dearly. While they started well in their run chase, they struggled outside the powerplay and they may look to promote Dean Browne a little higher as they will still be without the services of Bennitton Stapleton. They bowled quite well and could have looked even more impressive had they held on to their catches. They will be under pressure as a unit as another loss will put them clear bottom of the table.

Strikers have a lot to play for this edition – their best ever finish was 3rd during the 3rd edition and they have finished the preliminary stages in the bottom two all other seasons. They are being led by Gidron Pope, who made the move back from Hikers. They have a big signing this time, that or Carlos Brathwaite – the well known figure who smashed four consecutive sixes to win West Indies their 2nd T20 World Cup. One thing that’s on their side this edition is that they are full of experience and this may see them over the line in tighter matches. They are well balanced on paper but maybe a bit lacking in the spin department compare to the other teams.

Strikers will be without Salvan Browne and Kevin Abraham for this match while Divers will be without Bennitton Stapleton – all should be available to play after this match.
