Match Preview: 20th Match – Botanical Gardens Rangers vs Salt Pond Breakers

November 16, 2020

Both the Rangers and Breakers have qualified already but now the fight will be to ensure a finish in the top. The Rangers are already guaranteed to finish in the top two, so this game is very important for the Breakers.

In The Spotlight

The Breakers have been lacking contribution from the middle, being saved most times by Ambris at the top, then lower order blitz from Johnson & Sween. Ryan John, Leshawn Lewis and Urnel Thomas need to step up and make their team a much stronger force to reckon with. Breakers bowling isn’t much of a problem, doing better most often than not.

Rangers is having a dream season, being the only unbeaten team so far. Their batting is electrifying and their bowlers are defying the odds. Before the tournament started, they were not one of the most talked about teams, but Cricket isn’t played on paper and they have now become a fan favourite for their exciting brand of Cricket.

Look out for another cracking contest today.
