Match Preview: 14th Match – Grenadines Divers vs Botanical Garden Rangers
The most all round team of the tournament and table topper, Botanical Garden Rangers will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the table. Grenadines Divers will try to swim their way closer to the top.
In The Spotlight
Divers has been quite an impressive unit this tournament, scoring quite freely, led largely by their skipper Asif Hooper who seems to be on a different planet with his batting in T10 Cricket. He has shots all around the ground and willing to play second fiddle if his partner at the other end is firing. Tyrone Theophile, Shem Browne & Wayne Harper all look in good nick and they will have to put up a sizeable total to challenge the Rangers. The Divers bowling has been improving steadily. The pace department seems to be their main area of concern, but they have found a work around, using spin for 80% of their bowling innings in the past couple matches.
The Rangers are flying high thanks in large to Emmanuel Stewart, Keron Cottoy & Hyron Shallow. They’ve all been striking it clean and scoring at a blistering pace. There is the likes of Donwell Hector, Kenneth Dember and Atticus Browne, all classy batsmen to make bowling attacks worried. The Rangers bowling attack is a varied one, but they haven’t been the best or worse. With the batting line up they have, they’ll just be hoping to avoid the bad days with the ball.

The weather can be a mix bag, sun should be shining but there is the possibility that rain will affect the match.
